1. Registration and Payment:
Participants must complete the registration form and make the required payment to secure their spot in the event.
Payments are non-refundable after April 30, 2025.
Fresh-o-Fair reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
2. Participant Responsibilities:
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own flight to and from the event location.
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the event, following all event guidelines and rules.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations made before April 30, 2025 are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made after April 30, 2025 are not eligible for a refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@fresh-o-fair.com.
4. Liability:
Fresh-o-Fair is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.
Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and medical coverage.
5. Media Release:
Participants grant Fresh-o-Fair the right to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.
6. Changes to Itinerary:
Fresh-o-Fair reserves the right to make changes to the event itinerary, including activities, workshops, and accommodations, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.
7. Privacy:
Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Acceptance of Terms:
By completing the registration process and making payment, participants indicate their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
