1. Registration and Payment:

• Participants must complete the registration form and make the required payment to secure their spot in the event.

• Payments are non-refundable after April 30, 2025.

• Fresh-o-Fair reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

2. Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own flight to and from the event location.

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the event, following all event guidelines and rules.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made before April 30, 2025 are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.

• Cancellations made after April 30, 2025 are not eligible for a refund.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@fresh-o-fair.com.

4. Liability:

• Fresh-o-Fair is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and medical coverage.

5. Media Release:

• Participants grant Fresh-o-Fair the right to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

• Fresh-o-Fair reserves the right to make changes to the event itinerary, including activities, workshops, and accommodations, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.

7. Privacy:

• Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Acceptance of Terms:

• By completing the registration process and making payment, participants indicate their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
