1. Registration and Payment:

• Participants must complete the registration form and make the required payment to secure their spot in the event.

• Payments are non-refundable up to one month before the event.

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, registered participants will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

2. Participant Responsibilities:

• Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their own flight to and from the event location.

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly throughout the event, following all event guidelines and rules.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made up to one month before the event will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.

• Cancellations made during the last month before the event are non-refundable.

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@fresh-o-fair.com.

4. Liability:

• The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event.

• Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance and medical coverage.

5. Media Release:

• Participants grant the organizers the right to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.

6. Changes to Itinerary:

• The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event itinerary, including activities, workshops, and accommodations, if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants in a timely manner.

7. Privacy:

• Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
