The trip
After three unforgettable editions, the International Florist's Trip returns for its fourth year and this time, we are raising the bar.
June 5–13, 2026 will not only take you behind the scenes of the world’s most prestigious flower industry, it will also bring the global floral community together like never before.
This year, we are introducing something truly special:
✨ A Floral Industry Gathering where international and Ecuadorian florists will design, collaborate, exchange ideas, and build real connections during a workshop.
✨ A Closing Event at one of the most renowned farms, featuring a Floral Design Competition in the heart of where the flowers are grown.
But at its core, this trip has always been about one essential thing:
Understanding where your flowers come from.
You will meet the breeders who dedicate years to creating new rose varieties.
You will walk through the farms where flowers are carefully cultivated, harvested, and prepared to become the roses your clients fall in love with.
You will discover summer flowers, gypsophila, ranunculus, and of course the finest roses in the world.
You will visit the cargo agencies that handle the logistics and make global delivery possible.
From breeder to farm, from post-harvest to cargo you will see the entire journey.
Because when florists understand production, and farms understand florists, the whole industry grows stronger.
We stay in beautiful hacienda-style hotels. We enjoy outstanding local cuisine.
We take care of all logistics: transportation, introductions, access, and coordination.
You focus on learning, connecting, and experiencing.
For nine days, you will experience the very best of the Ecuadorian floral industry, from the inside.
And once you see it, you will never look at your flowers the same way again.
